For data security and confidentiality reasons, tax documents may not be submitted via text message.

Please use the secure client portal or task list upload feature for all document submissions.
This ensures your information remains protected and confidential at all times.

When providing bookkeeping or tax preparation services:

I will apply my professional judgment and may make recommendations based on the information you provide.
For tax preparation, if the IRS questions an entry that was prepared using my professional judgment, I will support the appropriateness of that position.
My services do not include auditing or independent verification of the data you submit, though I may request clarification or additional information when necessary.
Services do not include procedures designed to detect irregularities such as fraud or embezzlement, should any exist.

As the client, you are responsible for:

The accuracy and completeness of all information submitted for bookkeeping or tax preparation purposes.
Carefully reviewing your tax return before signing or submitting.

All invoices are due upon receipt.
A $15 late fee will be assessed every 30 days for overdue balances.
Tax returns must be paid in full prior to filing your completed tax return.
In the case of an ACH transaction returned for any reason, an additional $25 fee will be charged per returned payment.

I am not liable for any penalties, fines, or losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.
My professional services are limited to bookkeeping, payroll support, and tax preparation and do not constitute legal or investment advice.
